How we became “Best Employer in the ITK 2017”?
The assessment was based on a detailed anonymous questionnaire asking employees [of company name] to give their verdict regarding central workplace matters such as trust in managers, quality of cooperation, sense of appreciation, identification with the company, professional development opportunities, salary compensation, promotion of health and work-life balance.
A total of 127 companies of all sizes took part in the current Great Place to Work® competition for the sector “Best Employer in the ITK 2017”. They allowed themselves to undergo a voluntary audit by the independent Great Place to Work® Institute regarding the quality and attractiveness of their workplace culture, in which employees had the opportunity to give their verdict.
