Bösch wins award: Best employer in NRW

It’s official: we’re one of the winners in this year’s Great Place to Work® competition “Best Employer in NRW”! The unique cooperation at Team Bösch has now been officially acknowledged too. So for all future applicants: it’s clear to see that Bösch is an employer like no other.

Why we won the award?

The assessment was based on an anonymous questionnaire asking employees of Team Bösch to give their verdict regarding central workplace matters such as trust in managers, identification with the company, professional development opportunities, salary compensation, promotion of health and work-life balance. The quality of the human resource measures was also assessed.
