2017, 2018 and now again this year the company Bösch GmbH, headquartered in Wuppertal, can count itself among the best employers NRW´s and the ITK with the award of the competition Great Place to Work.

The evaluation is based on detailed and anonymous employee surveys. The focus is on trust, quality, appreciation and professional development opportunities, as well as much more.

But what is it that distinguishes the company from other companies? What exactly makes the employees there so satisfied?

“I love this company because everything is just right: a great atmosphere within the team, flexible working hours, a lot of traveling and especially the fact that you are assigned responsibility quite quickly and can get involved accordingly.

Tobias Schwiesau, Managing Director of Bösch GmbH, explains that employees are treated exactly like their own customers: With the greatest possible commitment and flexible solutions. Because teamwork is a top priority here! Thus flexible working hours, independent working and a special consideration of the “Work life balance” belong to the vocational everyday life.
